Quick Setting:
The network card must be set as a static IP. For example, if set on PC, set Internet protocol version 4 (TCP / IPv4) to IP address 192.168.168.X( X stands for one freely selectable numbers between 2 to 252) and subnet mask on 255.255.255.0, then one comes over the Internet browser with the IP 192.168.168.1 in the configuration program, standard password is of course admin.
