The iPhone X we sell here is unlocked models. However, since they are from USA, some models need a USA carrier’s SIM card to activate the iPhone; after activation, you can use any valid SIM card freely. So we attach a USA carrier’s SIM card in the package.

2. Power adaptor
The power adaptor for this iPhone is US model(the power adaptor is original), for the convenience of the customers in other countries, we provide the adaptor switcher for free. Currently we provide Euro model or British model. If you have special request on the power adaptor, please contact our customer service.
